If you really love the history of games:

DUST is the title of a series of comic books created by the great artist Paolo Parente and this boardgame is set in this epic adventure world.

The game, presented during the Gama Show of Las Vegas at the end of April 2007, is produced by a new company called Dust Game Ltd and distributed all over the world by different publishers in many languages.

Dust is a strategy board game of conflict and control in an alternate science-fiction history for two to six players. It features streamlined, elegant gameplay and sweeping, epic scope with gorgeous artwork by Paolo Parente.
In the picture the bilingual (French and Spanish)
version of the game box. It gives you an idea of the
superb artwork that is part of the project.

Dust Strategy Board Game includes:

    * Two variant rulebooks,
    * One puzzle-cut game board.
    * Over 800 plastic figures!
    * 45 lavishly-illustrated cards
    * 10 custom battle dice
    * 25 game tokens
    * 3 player reference sheets

The italian version of the game uses a slightly
different set of rules, printed on a single rulebook.

The art of Paolo really helped us (that is Spartaco Albertarelli
and Angelo Zucca) figuring out all that strange mechs moving on the
battlefield and the even more strange planes flying high in the sky.
Everything is described in the comics and in the superb sourcebooks detailing all
the weapons and characters that we used during the designing of the very first game concept.

More details about the game can be found inside the bakstage area of the site.
